Whatever reason its still a dump. A dump is selling into the buy depth at any price. That was a decent dump. Needs to hold these levels at which its been consolidating, otherwise could easily get back to yearly lows. Has never breached 1 cent before. Disappointing result for a company, which a few weeks ago, looked primed to continue on with new yearly highs.
