That's all very well to say that ' Eventually ' it will come around in Sayona's favor. And it still is ' All about the Tonnage ' . It's just got to be ' Tonnage ' you are able to get your hands on confidently and economically. And that requires ' Certainty ' If you don't have certainty and timeliness , you don't really have the ' Tonnage '
But you speak about coming around ' Eventually ' . Just have a look how long Piedmont has been range bound traded on its SP. Pretty much since JULY . And the trouble with this sort of scenario playing out , is that the SP then leaves really NO room whatsoever for potential downside news and risk. If Piedmont even has a hint of negative loop feedback - and there is plenty circling , their SP will absolutely tank. And probably drag down Sayona as well ( not that it should matter ). However , the same sort of SP dynamics have started to unfold against SYA as well.
And it ALL started y on account of that extended ' sideways ' period where the Market was clearly giving the Moblan deal the thumbs down. So what does Management do about it. Absolutely NOTHING. Not a word of promotion or ' endeavor ' to promote.
So I am of the view that part of a ' Competent ' Management and BOD's scope of responsibility is to manage its SP and valuation along the lines of the Markets perception of this valuation. And there are many many ways they can do this....starting with better communication. Like what's going on with all this Consultancy work from Hatch that we as shareholders have not even been told about.
And this is particularly so when it goes about acquisition strategies by predominantly asking its shareholders to put their hands in their pockets and pay for these acquisitions.
I mean they told us several times about their ' World Class ' NAL BID team and who those Institutions and individuals were. Piedmont advised the market last December of its planned arrangements with Metso Outec......and we've got our Mob ICS which was also advised to us . So what's this Hatch mandate all about ?
So it seems they pick and choose what , when , and how much they want to disclose or should disclose through the appropriate ASX channels , and the rest comes from ' Twitter ' feeds and the Quebec press. I mean total garbage approach to Managing a $Billion Dollar Company.
So I don't accept entirely what you are saying and thank GOD I didn't participate like some of the poor Sod's on here with respect to the last raise at 14.5 cents , and I took my money and ran on that 7.5 cent ' Gift ' raise as well.
ALL I have now is my original pre - 2020 and 2021 holdings which were sub 1 cent. So I'm clearly one of the luckier ones. And so I speak for those who are not so lucky.
And I feel sorry for ALL those who did participate in the last raise and who have been once again ' Duped ' by his Management. And I feel particularly aggrieved for those other investors due mainly on the management's very poor presentation , promotion , and communication to its shareholders. I would also like to note for those pointing fingers at others that I never told anyone to take up that 1 for 35 issue , nor did I tell anyone not to take it up.
So I purposefully set about endeavoring to stay neutral on those sorts of matters which border on ' Investment Advice '
I believe only in providing relevant information on HC when it breaks or I decide it worthy of expressing a comment and on many things I don't ........like the recent Authier results. And I could have spun that a number of ways , but have purposefully chosen not too. So those people calling out others out as uprampers for providing information on their investments rather than unsubstantiated ' I told you so's ' in the context of their one line back and forth downramps is just a joke . Particularly when they are saying the same things on another Tech stock where they clearly haven't been practicing what they even preach.
