That's interesting research that the owner of Batman Holdings owns warehousing and the likes assets.
The one thing I never looked into was who owns the building that FOD leases, Not suggesting BH does, but that party would have a vested interest in seeing FOD 'survive' so they can at least make rent payments.
Anyway on your background research (or geneology to use a warehousing term), did the name Max Gibson come up ? Did you get past that ?
All the best, I note the 2.3c close price, maybe this is the deep value trigger that will see the CEO / Secretary with their finance backgrounds commit to some on-market purchases with their own money if the company truly is cheap and represents good value ?
