As in Australia, Education would be a large component of the PNG Government budget.
The Teachers Savings and Loans Society, presumably has a large savings base and residential loan business.
I presume YUMI cards are used for a TISA small ATM service.
TISA would have political weight, and their choice of expansion through the KINA ATM system is a big endorsement.
As the article mentions the 2 software operating systems are different. This is a complex and costly process to join together and involves hacking risks.
So, here it is.
This is how KSL is moving forward.
A long way down the track a merger of KSL and TISA will be discussed, hopefully achieving the approval of the PNG Government.
