    Agree. Not sure why the fixation with trying to pick timing of rises
    Plenty of financial info available and best bet is to do your own FA and unless you believe financial performance will decline difficult to see (barring market met downs of course) why WBC shouldn't get back to mid 20's at least in the near term. Eventually, Dividend yield will aid sentiment.
    Unless you are a trader, 20 or 30c is not worth worrying about. (Traders don't worry too much about Company fundamentals and just try and pick fluctuations, sound familiar?)
    ($21 is only 30c away so it can easily fluctuate that much in a session)
    Anyway, not advice, each to their own..................
