And to add, if the current Board with the advice of the CEO & CFO can't determine capital allocation amongst themselves, you'd have to ask what skill set they actually bring? It beggars believe they have to outsource this.....like who knows the business better? Exterior consultants or the people sitting at the long table in the Boardroom? If the answer is consultants, Board members should consider what their contribution to the biz is & whether they are appropriate in their roles. This might sound harsh but considering Board remuneration, it's only fair I think.
