This has has discussed a lot before.
A take over is very unlikely to happen. Peter's life work for 20 years or so cannot really be valued for him. How can you put a price on that? He is unlikely to need the money. Also, the structure of the shares on issue will make it hard if not impossible for a takeover to occur.
The challenge for Brainchip is to build itself into a blue chip company from the bottom-up and are doing everything they can to do so.
I like many investors have been here for a while, and will certainly prefer fantastic dividends for years to come, rather than a quick pay-out.
