I can appreciate the strategic rationale for the acquisition etc.
BUT
I can't help but feel as if existing shareholders (particularly those whom strongly supported Alcidion in the last capital raising) have been badly screwed.
A 21.9 percent discount to the last close price of $032 is just way too excessive however you look at it.
