I may have been being a litle pedantic.

I was only questioning the logic of Ajax's post, where he started with the Stanhill bid, then added an uplift for additional resource identified, and then added back in the cash spent between the Stanhill bid and the present.

The cash spent was already paid for in the initial bid from Stanhill.
