My point was that Labor 'protected' superanniation, and I suspect legislated that superanniation payments MUST be paid into a separate account. Prior to this compaines that were wound up may not have made any provision for these payments.
Accoring to @Grant64t Labor has failed by not keeping the workding class headed for a pension.
