I think they applied for TGA, but what they applied for is complicated and complex to test. They not only have to prove the product is effective at killing COVID, but effective at killing it in the specific context they have framed, such as killing pathogens as they enter the nose in a nasal balm or in the air when fogged through a HVAC. If they did it the way SKN did, such as showing it kills COVID when whipped on a surface it would be much easier. There are hundreds that have passed that test on the market. But I don't think that's what they are going for and if they get the TGA it could be a true point of difference to other products on the market that aren't tested and proven in that way. Having said that, it's a lot harder and more expensive to construct such tests and pass them with satisfaction. I do believe they have applied, I'm hopeful there will be an approval, but mindful it's not a guarantee.

The US TGA has a tracking process where they publish the products getting tested. Australia doesn't have that unfortunately and they won't give anything away. Trust me, I pressed the TGA quite hard. I suspect China would be difficult to penetrate too. My only comfort is that the collagen deal would have been looked over very closely by ASIC and they even scored a $500,000 government grant to upgrade collagen processing facilities on the back of that announcement. The government would have vetted the claims quite closely before parting with that money.

The ASIC prosecution also gave me some comfort as they could only find wrong doing for conduct in relation to orders for COVID products and claims about effectiveness at a point in time when the claims were not substantiated. They were later substantiated, but I imagine ASIC will claim it was still wrong to make the claims when they didn't have the hard evidence - and rightly so.

The suspense is killing me too. But incrementally they have been increasing sales and exposure whilst we wait for the big ticket deals. I can't imagine it would be hard to buy the information off someone in China that has ties to company. I'll try and do some research and see what I can find.
