I received my refund cheque by snail mail today despite computershare having my account details ,I drove down to the bank filled out my deposit slip and gave it to a human teller who created some more paper some of which she gave back to me, so between ANZ/WAF/COMPUTERSHARE/Myself we've now killed about 3 trees,hopefully the cheque will be cleared before Kiaka is up and running
