A 50% premium on the amount of shares they own would be an offer they would seriously consider, you also got to consider the shareholders of the Co proposing a buyout. Their SP would take a hit if they think the Co is overpaying for said buyout. We want premium on the $ for our shares while the buyout Co wants the cheapest price possible to realise value quicker.
