Cougar UK will be an interesting development if it eventuates ... I remember a few vocal critics a few years back once Cougar's ownership dropped below 50%.

There is just so much opportunity for UCG here in Australia (ref today's ASX announcement by CXY) that I would just hate to see effort and particularly funds diverted to riskier climes like Pakistan.

But if Cougar UK do a London based IPO to raise funds for opportunities like Pakistan, India (per past MOU's or new arrangements) and Cougar owns 47% of Cougar UK, well, I can hardly complain can I!
