    Well, those reasons that you listed would be entirely understandable and acceptable, meaning they'd have no reason to keep them from their shareholders - which leads me to conclude that there are no legitimate reasons for the delay, hence my 'incompetent liars' assessment.

    If I had any money left to bet, I'd put money on it.
