BoA returning Larry's shares is irrelevant.
They still have to a maintain a short position against Zip to keep their hedge on the convertible notes of which lasts many years.
They would have been slowly transferring shares back to Larry in exchange for new short positions against Zip from other lenders.
It seems that you and everyone else that has this fixation on Larry's shares, don't even know why you believe what you do. You also have timeframes that mean nothing.
