Unfortunately the regulator does nothing of any significance to anybody and listing rules are broken every single day. A few speeding tickets every now and then and they think it's job done. Have a look at the junior miners over the last few years leading up to drill results. ASIC are even worse.
Having said that I don't suspect any dodginess here, especially considering recent director share sales.
