Yeah Kaeho, obviously some people are starting to have their doubts, and may agree with you.
There appears to be a high level of suspicion permeating this AJM relist, and the motives for it.
One thing that supports your hypothesis, is the decision not to take all the shortfall over-subscriptions. Why wouldn't they do this, and pay off their interest in Fish Lake as well? It doesn't make sense, except if it is as you hypothesize. So by not accepting over-subscriptions, and not paying off their full interest in Fish Lake, they are hoping there will be a high demand for shares online when they relist, which the top 20 can offload. I have to say, it smells a bit fishy from here.
Also supporting your hypothesis, is the fact that a couple of directors here have lent quite a bit of money to the company, to keep it afloat. If I am not wrong, some of the relist money and share purchase funds are going to repay these director loans, so they can get their money back.
Also supporting you is the mates theory, and that involves AJM directors who are also directors of Sayona as well as long term associates of the American Lithium company, which has a performance that has gone nowhere for 5 years and just seems to be a Shell with some perpetual tenement renewals. Those mates have helped AJM qualify for relisting, so it looks like the AJM board called in some mates favours, but like everyone in business, mates don't do this for free !!!
I have to say, there are red flags going off everywhere here, and the directors and management really need to jump on these and dispel the potential rumours that are springing up, if they want to keep an personal credibility.
But, the REAL giveaway though, that something may be rotten in the state of Denmark (to quote Shakespeare), is the fact that they did NOT want to accept ALL subscriptions in the shortfall - this is a red flag to a bull for conspiracy theorists !!!
It is also a (somewhat) stronger indication that something may be "on the nose". WHY would they NOT wish to immediately pay off their interest in Fish Lake, given the money is just waiting there and offered to them? Why would they not wish to reward Long-Term shareholders with some positivity and an indication that they are in it for the long haul with shareholders, arm in arm, by accepting the money and paying off their interest in Fish Lake? Do they not think Fish Lake is worth it?
hhhhmmm ........ there are a lot of questions.

Suspicion levels are very heightened here now, you can feel it in the air. Of course, shareholders should not ignore any potential benefits that may arise, but just the same, they should also make themselves aware of ALL the other factors, and don't be Naive.
