I’m sorry but being on a Board I don’t think this is necessarily true. I’d expect JJ to have an investment report at Board meetings and a run sheet of potential acquisitions with appropriate levels of financial information for each company. Whilst OCC wouldn’t be board agenda item number one, I’d be surprised if the company hadn’t sat in some sort of board reporting. The decision to acquire or not would be delegated of course.
