The ministerial enviro signoff did nothing substantial for the share price.....weird. it feels like I'm always a few weeks behind the people in the know. But I suspect when the buying volume eventually rises with a sharp price increase we will see the 40s for the final time. But who wants to pay more in a hurry right now? No one.
