I'm in 2 minds of how to take this news.

A. This CR doesnt surprise me however I didnt think it would come this soon I was expecting early next year once CHN released ground EM and had confirmed they will continue next stage of earn in. Was thinking SP would be higher after these events and therefore CR at less dilution. I thought they had enough cash to get through until then so not sure why they did the CR now?

B. Dilution is never great but lets be level headed about this, 5-6 mil isnt huge, its about 10% of current MC. I also absolutely love the fact there will be free options 1:5, even at a 50% premium that means they are at 5.4c which could still look very cheap in 2 years.

Hmmmm, I think I will be participating to some extent just not sure how much.
