Will go out on limb here and say it will rally on reopen not fall... Why?

1. Super strong Lithium Market and super strong FA with AVZ
2. Recently offloaded many weak hands with 2 recent retraces
3. Its a tiny raise 3% only they are usually +15%

I suspect the deal was concluded prior to yesterdays rally hence the seemingly big discount. It takes many days to square away a cap raise.


Question for me is why now?

a) desperately want US investors (ie, Cantor Fitzgerald clients) on board.
b) Insurance cash just in case
c) Is it $ for down payment on increase ownership.?
d) Is it $ towards 4.5mt /yr option hence less $ required from African DFI's
e) Is there a small acquisition on the cards?
f) If none of the above then what ? Mgmt spooked by Omicron & burnt by prev crappy timing of cap raises ?
