You would think so....or was the announcment not correct?
Just asking for a friend.....what has changed?
FYI - Cobalt now over US $70,000 On LMEX.....it may as well be oysters for the impact it is having on the SP....would make sense why we are onthe nose if rotting oysters.
Under 2 cents here we come.
