BLY has been an interesting one to watch, I agree about it breaking out, it has formed a very solid base around the 30c mark over this past month or so and I think it should break to the upside as well. Holding a small parcel in anticipation of this, stop at .28 - should be a relatively low-risk trade. Plenty of volume on this one and I think it may catch people by surprise when it does happen.
Never ceases to amaze me how much volume goes through this one daily and it hardly even moves, millions traded a day without failure and it hardly moves - something has to give soon.
