Why would they be afraid it would be used against them in the future? In fact GoG won’t make it public to obviate public and international shame about how they broke the covenant of fair dealing by intentionally and indirectly rescinding a perfectly negotiated agreement struck with the previous government after complying with all local and international mining standards when out of nowhere introduced and passed a 100 ppm uranium limit.
