The 100M debt warehouse is likely to be scaled to full capacity over 2022. Like ive said in previous posts I think we will scale up in 25M increments. The 100M demand is there but as AF always reminds us its about not breaking the wheel & using cash on hand for as long as possible to maximise revenue. I would love to be proven wrong & the full 100M is available within the next 3-6 months but I think its likely to take 6-12 months to hit that capacity. The lending demand is also likely to grow past the 100M in 2022 so we can only speculate how much & how quickly the growth taps are turned on next year. All imo of course..
