Hard to listen to Peter Grey, should invest some money into speech coaching, would make a huge difference. Umm, arrr, every fews words does not sound very professional
My son has the same problem, so have been trying to drum it into him to improve his speech. He is not happy each time i bring it up, but hopefuly it will pay off in the long run.
