Understand your view, during an implementation of a system, you never turn everything on at once. It is a staged process, quite the same as a milestone based payment.... It's an element of certainty each step of the way, instead of doing it all at once and falling into a crumbling heap.

Imagine a business wanting to transition to Spenda and one element didn't work, money went no where for a month?? I am pretty sure both companies would have agreed to take baby steps to ensure it's working. There would be milestone recaps before signing off for the next step... I wouldn't be surprised if Cirralto want to go full steam and the companies are saying steady up..... We are all speculating and judging the situations, who knows.
