I think most holders are waiting for the outcome of the announcement, they said around end of October so it can be anytime now. I wouldn’t be surprised if there is another extension, if so it’ll have a negative impact on the share price, but from what I can gauged so far, holders are reluctant to sell, and people buying now is gambling it’ll be positive news. I think we will see an extreme swing depending on the news of the restructure.

If they can extend the loan just a little longer, I think eventually BBP can offload/divest some of their assets at a better price. It’s all wait and see lets hope it’s the good news we are looking for.
