Clearly, I’ll take 7c as said above.
The plant at Southport is valued around $30M. I would hazard to guess that the property has gone up in value over the last few years, so around $40 - $45M (maybe more).
I still think someone is keeping share price down and will pick up the plant at an absolute bargain price with all licenses!
Now I wonder who is a major shareholder that would benefit?? Doesn’t take long to think of who.
