The projections are only as good as the assumptions which Elk has been terrible. There is no way a chemical flood can contribute that kind of production even under ideal circumstances. It will take probaly six months to one year to get an EA or EIS approved by the BLM. In addition, there is the question of 20 -30 million dollars in drilling, upfront capital, and chemical expenses.
