I disagree that delay is simply they trying to finalise a Cap raising perhaps more onto the terms of the Int. farm-in agreement. They have sufficient funds, they don’t need to – $15M in the bank…. If farming is successful, they get additional ~ $10mil and also don’t forget coming weeks they will another $1.5M cash.
At least, Cue is locked-in 15% free carry.
