My opinion is that any deal that sees SC54 Shallow go-ahead is a good deal.
Dump all you like, the shallow water development is going ahead and no one can argue once the production starts and a few more pinacle reef targets are drilled.
You can bet that NDO are talking to drilling contractors as we speak and Trafigura are probably having a look at their tanker fleet to see which one would make a good FSO for the field.
