coming announcements

Peak has a full suite of announcements coming up in the next few weeks.

Any day now will be announced a plan of action regarding Three Rivers. A quick look through the announcements by ALY,SFR and CYS regarding the Narracoota formation shows that it runs right through from SFR to CYS to PEK to ALY.
The cluster finds so far have been on SFR's tenement but there is no reason according to seasoned geologists that these clusters will not run along this volcanic formation into other tenements. In fact the motherlode may well not have been discovered yet. A joint venture between CYS and PEK makes some sense.

The announcement regarding the coming AGM should be early next week and I wouldn't be surprised to see option issues to Directors coming up.

Well prior to the AGM though should be lab reports on the Ngualla project. This could end up being a monster. Phosphate, copper and rare earths. Great combination.

Then we have the Imweru project where high grades of gold have already been found. More work is being carried out here over the next couple of months. Peak is waiting on the licence currently which should be granted very shortly and I understand that drilling to prove up a JORC resource would be carried out immediately. Gold production could begin next year.

Lets not forget also the Menzies gold project where a farm in partner is currently spending $600,000 on geological work right now for a 51% interest.

Then we have Ashburton a potential base metals project that is 100% owned and the most recent jv partner dropped out due to the GFC.

Could be more announcements than that. A great couple of months coming up.
