This might be a 'stupid' question but I am not 100% familiar with how medical prescriptions work.
If Trof receives FDA approval next year and reaches market in December 2023 (hypothetically) there will arguably be a fair number of families lining up to obtain the drug for the girls in their life that live with Rett.
What I am curious about is whether there is any scope for doctors to prescribe this for anything other than Retts?
If I had a daughter with an Autism Spectrum Disorder, say for instance Fragile X or one of the indications that 2591 is targeting - Pitt Hopkins for example, can I ask a doctor to prescribe me Trof?? Beyond that, can a doctor agree and prescribe it?
