I reckon CHR did a sneaky and acquired a pretty good piece of land and CXO probably wasn’t expecting it to be acquired since it was so close….literally a stones throw away from their drilled out project. I think they may have been preoccupied and distracted with whatever they were doing while CHR snapped up the land otherwise why would CXO not acquire it themselves but instead surrounding land with only average grades..

A pretty good move imo….the drill results should confirm how good and we already have an idea what to expect.
