Definitely think there would be areas which just accept FDA but id think the major jurisdictions would have to see at least one confirmatory trial. That being said, agree significantly more than what ACADIA paid and at the very least the same but with much larger upfronts (like a 50/50 total package). very exciting times ahead and i suspect they'd have to move quickly. reality is i think ACADIA is the natural buyer given they know what its worth. sadly for us - i think NEUs days are numbered as a listed entity... i think its going to be bought out at some stage. Still - exciting times ahead
