well SOI and lack of traction to date could be factors - i know it is with me personally. also past attempts at getting the business model up and going have not been fruitful so there may still be hesitancy in the market till results are achieved. so looking as one that has watched this stock for an opportune entry level - well still watching as nothing has occurred to wrangle me in ATM.
