Ann: Trading Halt, page-300

I spoke to NF over a couple of emails and didn't hold back my thoughts on this raise and how it looks from the outside.

My takeaways from the conversation were:

- Nigel expects strong North American interest in this offer. Reputable funds who will increase our exposure in the long run. Therefore it seemed to me like, give some now for coverage in NA market in return. Nigel fully expects any drop in SP would be rebounded quickly and back on with it. I suspect we will also see broker reports etc in the new year from these parties.

- Nigel told me to reserve judgement until the announcement is made and we have a clearer picture of what the funds will be used for.

There is certainly more to this, i am saving judgement until the announcement drops.
