The green's view is strong and vocal.
This is the point that I attend to,,, not whether they know what they are talking about..
Therefore I would suggest that their collective perceptions will impact negatively upon the flavour of the month clean coal investment perception in a negative way.
I would argue that an ETS will be considered some time in the distant future, as a tax that was about as useful as clock tax, window tax, and TV licencing last millenia.
The green view is,, the green view... it is a certain view.
