Cambodia is in an enviable position and is already rolling out boosters to a large number of people, but Thailand is far behind. I wonder if this will impact the expectations the Poipet land border will open to normal travel this month? If Star Vegas is unable to operate into next year more capital will be needed.

Last quarterly said cash burn of A .4m a month, A5m in cash at end of sep 30 and final Mega bank repayment coming up (US 1.8m). Another director loan or capital raise to survive into early next year?
