The logical deduction here might be that the raise is to make up for the shortfall in capex from the updated DFS. However that really falls apart considering that LLL is supposed to have a cap raise on demerger. The timing of the raise is fishy too. The DFS update came out on monday, was sold down into and here we are on Thusday. Less than 3 business days for institutional DD? This has insider all over it.
