You hit that nail on the head Sulmar - "if you can provide some factual information" - you won't get anything mate other then that posters normal fence sitting/scatter gun replies LOL.

The last question the SEC asked our company had absolutely nothing to do with ROTH - nothing !! but it still caused a delay and that is a FACT.
It was a simple house keeping type of question that was answered immediately.

People really need to be patient and just sit and wait and STOP making assumptions.
