Nah I disagree its pretty simple:

1. Compose announcement.
2. Release announcement
3. Log into ANZCTR
4. Update ANZ CTR
5. Log off and go to long lunch with grange.

6. If you want a "Met expectations" at the annual review email employees and tell them no more tshirt promos, call the breast cancer support organisations and enquire as to how to publicise the trial within their framework, call the startup who created the trials app and ask what it takes to get listed, send cheque for same.
7. shut down laptop and put phone on silent and spend time with family, open another bottle of grange...

Not sure how you landed on not simple, most professionals these days know how to operate a computer, make a phone call and compose a communication.
