This is precisely the danger I have previously warned shareholders about when unqualified, semi-anonymous, existing FMG holders claim valuing a stock is "very simple and straightforward". I can assure you valuing a business such as FMG is a complicated task- far from "simple and straightforward". Qualified analysts build sophisticated valuation models that include qualitative, quantitative and perceptual factors not just information from FMG's last annual report (as some have stated).
