How does GBM AGILE work?, page-55

Rene- I'd rather see Simcere do a trial incorporating the Weill keto-diet protocol, as I think OS (and possibly even PFS) will improve as insulin is managed. A GBM AGILE trial probably wouldn't be doing that. We'll (sorry) be getting what FDA wants from the US/Canada trials.
China's regulatory body would be more impressed with better OS, therefore I'd be voting for Simcere to not get involved in the GBM AGILE design.

That's from a purely selfish (in the interest of Kazia/Paxalisib) point of view and not necessarily in the overall best interest of trial subjects. When you think about it, though, Simcere isn't really interested in promoting any other drugs vs. GBM. At least not that I'm aware of.
