    Probably as seen here on some posts a lot has not received their offer form.

    personally I only got it from my access to Automic and email and nothing yet on snail mail. Seems that a lot of holders are not registered to receive electronic correspondence from Automic.

    few days delay in me having confirmation if I can get some more from rights shortfall offer
