bongo why are you even posting here? What are you trying to prove? Your arguments are lame-in every asset class failures can be indentified-that doesnt make the whole asset clase a failure though.
There are plenty of people who have, and continue to make considerable money out of property. If you dont like it then go waste your time annoying other people.
In the last 12 months I have made $150k on one single property purchased 12 months ago AND is currently cash flow positive. The property market is a MARKET-there are good deals and bad deals.
