    Even if it's not part of the GBM AGILE shouldn't there be an ASX announcement?

    It seems to me that it is update on the news of the licencing agreement and therefore it would not be considered some sort of 'fluff' announcement.

    Not sure of the ASX's view on this but I for one would like to see one released.
