Perennial has 60m shares from all three accounts, those brokers know how to dump the stocks much better than what to buy in my opinion. They were a buyer even in September/October, they can't suddenly become a seller now, and they wouldn't make yesterday's announcement if you are a seller.
The change was 0.6% from the previous announcement, which was not even qualified for the announcement, the net change of fewer than 400k shares out of 60m, I have never in my lifetime seen a broker that bad of selling if they are a seller.
